About this movie

The idea of “the Jinn,” another race of beings that lived on Earth before man was created, is known to over 1.5 billion people around the world and is immersed in Eastern and Asian Culture. Like man, they have free will and can be good or evil. Shawn (Dominic Rains) enjoys an idyllic life with his new wife Jasmine (Serinda Swan) in Ann Arbor, MI. Their happiness is interrupted one day by a cryptic message warning of a curse that has been haunting his family for generations. Shawn is skeptical until strange and then menacing things start to happen. Unable to explain the events and fearing for his life, Shawn turns to Gabriel (Ray Park, Star Wars Phantom Menace) and Father Westhoff (Willian Antherton, Die Hard), a mysterious duo claiming to have answers. With their help and the aid of Ali (Faran Tahir, Iron Man), a semi-sane mental patient, Shawn discovers that man is not alone on this planet… and that he is in the middle of a war between good and evil that has waged on for centuries.

Great idea. The folklore on Djinn is one of my favorites. The jinn was well done but I just couldn't finish it. I'll try again later. It was just inconsistent, nothing to keep pace with in the story. Great djinn though.

its a weak concept, trying to create interest in stupid ideas that cant be found except through the influence of muhammad whose book is the worst ever written.
