Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut

Really loud popping on my speakers at various points in the film. Same popping on different devices. This is worth watching for the alternative scenes but is not better than original. It's missing all my favourite scenes, eg when Lois falls in the water and the end battle at Superman's ice home with the 3 bad dudes. It also had some dubious comedic lines which were not included in the original, for good reason in my opinion. Richard Donner is an amazing director however.

Shame Richard Donner wasn't left alone to realise and complete Superman 2 how it was originally meant to be. This cut has been done on the cheap, but does roughly visualize how the film should of been. Still a interesting watch for fans of Superman.
