The Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3 (2009)

Tony Scott plus Denzel Washington could do no wrong. Honestly, T.S. signature frenetic style is on display here with contemporary (at the time) beats blasting in between swooshing transitions of people in crisis. And don't think I didn't notice that when he gets to play crazy, Travolta is always just a treat to watch. For the story, it's a 3 star movie, but with the performances packing it along with the directorial style that we haven't seen since, it's elevated to 5 stars. I can't NOT love it.

I cannot begin to put into words how good this movie was, still till this day I cannot stop watching it. The musical compisition was amazing. I really loved watching this movie . Travolta and Washington did an outstanding job killer acting.

Not sure what happened to my review that I posted in 2020 when I first watched it, which is kinda upsetting since its happening to most of my reviews where they just disappear so I guess I have no choice but to post it again. One of the best movies I've ever seen with both my favorite actors featured in - Denzel Washington & John Travolta. Although the ending could be better like what happens to Grabner? Does he get his job back? Does he get pardoned? Does the media call him a hero? Does the mayor re-run due to how inspired he was by Grabher? Other than that it was PERFECT. Especially the negotiator and the mayor actor as well as Ramos. All actors I know from other movies. Once again, it is the best movies I have ever seen. Would watch it over and over again.
