About this movie

Set in a 19th century European village, this stop-motion, animated feature follows the story of Victor (voiced by JOHNNY DEPP), a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride, while his real bride, Victoria, waits bereft in the land of the living. Though life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colorful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love MPAA Rating: PG (c) 2005 Warner Bros. MY FAV FROM TIM BURTON The Corpse Bride, had an arranged of a planned marriage which goes array after the planned couple meet for the first time (of course the groom to be was a nervous wreck before and as they were meeting But, that was "Nothing compared to the Wedding Rehearsal the Groom's soon-to-be In-laws no longer wish for him to wed their only Daughter-If, only there was a way to stop this marriage). Very, very, soon enters a Villian; who causes the break-up the arrangements & plans for that particular wedding and suddenly, new plans are made for the-bride-to-be. then the little scared Groom-that-was-to-be comes to make a realization that he would like to spend forever with that Bride-to-be but in order for theirs arrangements to be honored-he needs a plan. A TWISTY-TURN-OF-EVENTS One of the Arrangements take place but only after a "Twisted-Turn-of-Events take you down to a place that I can easy say it's as Wild-of-a-ride-as-Alice in Wonderland and you will love this just as much except this part has a Catchy Tune Sung by Souls in the Afterlife who help the Once-to-be-Groom come forge a plan, which make you drawn-in that much more BUT YOU MUST WATCH TO FIND & LOVE JUST HOW FUNNY IT IS !!!

The corpse bride is one of my favorite Tim Burton films. This movie is packed with creative songs to sing along with your family. The eerie theme isn't too scary for the young ones. I love this tale of a scared man about to get married to someone he never met. Accidentally heads into the woods and practiceses his vows. Without fail he proposes to a corpse bride.
