About this movie

A super-secret organization recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency's ultra-competitive training program just as a dire global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. The "horrible" in every aspect of this movie from its beginning to after the closing credits is so widespread & gratuitous that it left me feeling grossly violated. Minds gone haywire. Good ideas gone bad. Horrible acting & even worse screenwriting. Overzealous use of crass language & off color remarks. This motion picture is far worse than just a waste of time & money. This movie will assault your mind & your soul, leaving you wondering if you should report to the police that you've just been raped.

The action scenes were on point. The plot was pretty rad. I loved Samuel L. Jackson and listening to his lisp. Even though it's not very important to the story, I admire his character's close relationship with his henchwoman. The film's climax had awesome twists and turns. I think the movie is near-perfection, even though I completely understand how its treatment of brutal violence and death may be unnerving to some. Oh, and I love English accents. Rotten Tomatoes should have given it a much higher score.

It's in between being not good and 'okay'. The beginning is really corny and boring. And the background music, oh my gosh the background music is so cheesy. The suits they wore were cool though the entire time though. The movie, for me, didn't even get remotely interesting until the final 30-35 mins. For an action movie it's pretty lame and the violence is mediocre. All together it's an extremely difficult movie to take seriously but two of the fights were awesome.
