Madonna Truth or Dare

I am not watching it. I find it shameful that ANYBODY would think Madonna is the greatest entertainer ever. Did you already forget about Michael Jackson who has always been celebrated as the greatest entertainer in history. And Michael actually had TALENT. He was a triple threat - fantastic singer, songwriter and dancer. Madonna mostly used shock techniques to get her to the top. Some talent - not much - crappy music. It's not even a debate worth having. Men like her because she was good at taking off her clothes. Michael didn't have to take off his clothes to get his fans screaming, crying and fainting.

Great concert footage. I really remind us of the talent Madonna has and how she pushed the envelope along with other women of that time like Janet Jackson. Without having them many of the sexy provocative female performers out there wouldn't be who they are. This movie also gives insight to what her tour was like. One of the biggest tours in pop music. Amazing ground breaking concert. Madonna knew she was breaking rules and that was the point. Making bold statements about cross dressing, religion, and sexuality. This is when art, spectacle, & dance really came together. Truth or Dare was fire. She showed a whole generation that it was OK to be who you are with no shame or regret. She busted open doors for so many minorities.
