About this movie

A mafia boss and his family are relocated to a sleepy town in France under the Witness Protection Program after breaking the sacred code and snitching on his crew. However, despite Agent Stansfield's (Tommy Lee Jones) best efforts to keep them in line, Fred Blake (Robert DeNiro), his wife Maggie (Michelle Pfeiffer) and their children can't help but resort to old habits by handling all their problems the "family" way. But the Mob doesn't forget and, as his old crew closes in on their location, chaos ensues and old scores are settled as Fred is caught in the middle of a life-or-death showdown between his two families. 2013 EuropaCorp - TF1 Films Production - Grive Productions. You really won't require any thinking to watch this film, you could probably miss most of it, come back and not even need to ask "what did I miss". It's predictable and rather violent. But not worth the rental price.

De Niro and Pfeiffer don't miss any tricks in this movie. Action, comedy and a bit of thrills thrown in for good measure. A good entertaining movie.

Robert is in his new stereotypical role and the movie has a nice mix of characters with an equally nice mix of seriousness and comedy. I would recommend this movie to my bro but not my mom.
