After I watched this film I did a little research on it and the director did this movie on a shoestring budget. I'm talking about like 10 grand. Which demonstrated to me you can still do a artistically good film with little money. I really enjoyed the atmosphere he created in the film and the strangeness and weirdness of the story And the cool little old school tricks he did with the cameras and lighting. This movie may definitely be a little bit too artsy & indie for some. But I liked it and respect it.

For the genre it is I give this movie 7 out of ten for taking an original approach to the subject. However it is very repetetive and so becomes boring and looses the interest of the viewer. The ending is a little confusing and leaves one wondering if there will be a sequel, well all I can say to that is I hope the next movie is alot more interesting and entertainng than this one.

Like my horror and many aspects of the genre, however, this didn't do it for me. Nicely filmed, acted, good sound etc. I suppose you could say it's a little bit too arty.
