About this movie

The Unbelievers follows renowned scientists Richard Dawkins and Lawrence Krauss across the globe as they speak publicly about the importance of science and reason in the modern world. Blasphemous to some, heroic to others, the weight of their message is impossible to ignore.

This film doesn't contain any points in it you cannot get in youtube videos of these two fine gentlemen, but buying it is a good way to pay them for their efforts. It should hopefully mean more people see them and it will encourage more people to come out as Atheists in the states. The end credit clarifies the film's purpose and was quite moving - we will all miss Hitch.

What I was being advertised and shown in this film are entirely two separate things. However, just for the sake of the purpose of this documentary and its success in addressing it properly, I'd give 'em a three.

I love what these two guys represent but this documentary let's the subject down. It feels like they couldn't decide whether to champion the the cause or follow the struggle of the professor's and we left severely lacking in either area. If you are looking too see what it is like to be an atheist ambassador in the modern world you won't find it here. If you are looking for the cream of atheist speeches throughout the globe you won't find that here either. Try YouTube ube for all the juicy debates.
