This movie was atrociously bad. Another crappy Adam Sandler cash-grab, but even worse than normal. Jokes fall flat, most of them are just references that are somehow funny. Aims completely at the lowest common denominator who used to play arcade games as kids and think crappy one-liners are funny. Tons of plot holes, like one likeable character, and awful misuse of the original properties. Sadly, most people will love it because "LOL I KNOW PACMAN."

Welcome, ladies and gents, to another half-assed lazy attempt to be funny by Mr. Sandler. I know some will enjoy this movie. I imagine the people that do are those same people in dark, damp dungeons being whipped unmercifully by a skilled, leatherbound man named 'Hans'. My point is if you don't enjoy pain, avoid this film like the plague. Scratch that. If you don't enjoy pain and theft, avoid all Adam Sandler movies from here on out. I promise you all, he won't suddenly make a good movie.

This movie's budget was HUGE. But you blew it! Too much attention was paid to the special effects, which looked great by the way. But great CGI is compounded by unfunny jokes and the most boring story in the world. This is the entire movie essentially: guy loses in a national arcade competition: now he works as PS4 installer. Video game aliens attack Earth, which he identifies on his Sony laptop. He has to defeat aliens with CGI. Finally, defeat Pacman by driving cars around. I wouldn't call the movie devoi
