The best of the direct to DVD films on offer. It acts as an excellent piece of exposition for the rest of the series and sets up and explains many of the main characters arcs very well. Overall highly recommended.

Fleshes out a bit more of the Babylon 5 history but feels more of an unnecessary case of 'flogging a dead horse'.
