Its hard for using this bank account, they always deduct my balance with the canceled transaction and not reverse automaticlly, i need to confirm with call center customer service but no one pick up my call, already 20 times i call still no one pick up, then also message no one reply and response!

Everytime i receive a transfer, I'm unable to see my statement and unable to login for a certain period.

The updated is nice.. best thing feature is the quick pay.. However one of the most important feature of the previous version is now not available in this update. That is to check the remaining balance before making a transfer.. now when you want to make a transfer after you enter the amount you don't see the remaining balance. It would be nice if you guys can bring back feature.
