App no longer works. No issues over last 3 years and used every month no problem. Now over the last couple of months it just will not work and keeps throwing up an error every time I try to pay the rent. Really not good at all. EDIT- I've tried the website and am getting the exact same error message there too!!!!!!

Hi Lucy, we're sorry to hear this feedback. Our team are reviewing the app in its current form and listing recommendations for improvements moving forward. The online portal - allpayments - is still available for payments to be made over the internet. We apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced.

Used this for years with no problems. But now it's absolutely unusable! Does not work! Total waste of time! UPDATED: contacted as suggested, couldn't even be bothered to reply! Customer service is clearly just as useless as this app!

It used to work, and now it hasn't for months, impossible to pay rent via this app, also the web site does the same thing this month, so much security that it has become unusable?, always asks for the card user approval....but nothing happens untill an error message. I think all the one star reviews say it all....not fit for purpose
