Excellent app. The best. Wished it was updated to work with current Android version. I use it to keep my knowledge sharp.

I found this app both functional and effective at prepping for a licencing exam! I have taught many classes for technican and I suggest that my students use this to gain confidence in the material. An excellent and well thought review tool.

What's new
* Mostly internal and architectural changes to use more modern APIs.
* Restore some missing context menus that disappeared when appbars disappeared. Restore the appbars and the menus.
* I wrote PalmVE originally many years ago, in the Cupcake era. Things have changed a lot since then, so this ended up being a very invasive rewrite. Please let me know if you have trouble.
