- To download and use the app, you must have mobile data or WiFi access.

- New customer? When you register with us, you should have received an email with a username and password. If you can't find the email, you can always use the Forgot password function.

I contacted their Support again for help with the throttling and calling issues. Their solution was to send a new sim card. Which, unfortunately, isn't a viable option for me. The lady I spoke to at Talkmore was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job! However, the Talkmore service, in terms of coverage and operability itself, could be better. I recommend going for another provider.

Hi, Jodie! I'm sorry that you experience our coverage and service as poor. We don't mind speaking in English, so it's strage if we cut the conversation because of that - or at all! There's a big bug now. The app offers to translate to English by a machine. When doing that, it is not possible to change back to Norsk. I had to reinstall the app. Please remove this option until you fix this or offer a built in English app Thank you for the answer but the option was not there when I tried

Heisann! Dette var jo ikke slik vi skal ha det. Når du bytter til engelsk, så skal du ha valget å bytte tilbake til Norsk på "Min konto" Valget skal ligge øverst til høyre. Håper dette var til hjelp, hilsen Petter i Talkmore

Hello, i just move from mycall to talkmore. About the app, i can't understand anything, why there is no option in English language? I hope it will change. Also in the app, if I want to try write something, and pushing on the field, the keybord doesn't appear.

Hei, Donatas! Vi jobber med å få til en oversettelse-funksjon i appen vår, så forhåpentligvis har vi det på plass om ikke lenge. Vanskelig å si noe om når dette kan komme ut, men vi jobber med saken! Tastatur-saken du nevner har vi ikke hørt om før nå, så supert om du kan ta kontakt på 91509915 om det fortsatt er et problem! Mvh Talkmore-gjengen :)

Vi har gjort det enda enklere å verve! Endelig kan du både se hvor mange du har vervet, hvor mye du har spart og få verve-linken direkte i appen.
Vi har selvfølgelig med noen feilrettinger og har gjort opplevelsen med Fakturakontroll enda bedre :)
