Re-setting password. App. doesn't go back to where I can just enter code after getting it from email. I have to re-do all steps (including send code via email) then gives me option to enter code. But because I had to redo "send code" it won't accept previous one. Please change to make it easier.

I don't have a problem with the new look, infact as someone whose vision impaired I really appreciate the new look and what they were going for. HOWEVER, the app now keeps crashing, won't let me log in or do transfers etc. Will be changing banks if it stays the same. What's the use of an app you can barely use. Sometimes there is an error message that 'too many people' are using the app and to bank online... Wth

I agree with other opinions. The new 'look' is not more accessible, the icons are now huge and I hate it, I have to scroll scroll scroll to get done what I'm needing. It would have been better to give everyone the option to customise their home page on the app, not everyone has sight issues. I would have preferred to keep it the way it was, nothing seems more improved. I'm really disappointed with this change, it's like a downgrade!

Thanks for your feedback, we've rolled back some changes to the home screen including extra-large fonts for some customers. Some fonts are now smaller, so they fit on all screen sizes better. For larger fonts, tap the three dots to switch to list view. To see these changes please update your app. ^Ellen
