To get started, all you need is a valid ACU membership, a working email address, and a cell phone number (for optional SMS messages). Once you’re a member, you can enroll in mobile banking right from the app on the login screen. After you set up your login, you can rest assured that your transactions will be safe and secure with Ashland CU.

this is THE WORST app I've experienced in life. it took 9 steps with ridiculous verification. by the way that process was buggy and kicked me out 3x and locked my account. it's just not worth the friggin hassle. it's horrible. they're more concerned about the fine print than user experience. it's slow, convoluted, and drains your battery. WHO HATES ME THIS MUCH???

I would like this App if it was like it was when I first started. I like it when it shows the amount in checking. Then each transaction that goes threw show the deduction from the amount money in there. That makes a lot more sense to do it that way. I wish you would change it.

Nothing to do with the app, just the CU themselves. I got a debit card and the ATM took it my first time using it. They sent out a new card and said it would take 7-10 business days and I have still yet to receive it! NEW REVIEW AS OF 6-26-20: Black screen, that's all I get, terrible app!
