This app covers everything except access to the Payment Center, where you can easily see your regular monthly payable accounts and recent payments to new accounts, as you can on the computer platform. If this was added, the app would get a full 5 star rating. That's the only downside I've found so far. The rest is very convenient and allows me to keep tabs on our primary financial overview. Would recommend to all BECU customers!

One of the worst apps in banking history. Literally every time I try to use it, I just give up and use the less secure mobile browser version to actually see my accounts. The app doesn't do very basic things like show the running totals. Just the end balance, with a bunch of transactions. You have to sign in to the mobile website on a phone to quite literally see the balance before a transaction, followed by the balance after it...you know, the whole point of looking at transactions.

Does the bare minimum. Can barely deposit checks via mobile as the app always fails. Have a newer flagship phone and the app still needs 17 photos of the same check before it will process. Better off having to visit a kiosk.. unreliable and unfortunate. Appreciate the comment. However, the camera functionality within "mobile deposit" has always been buggy. The app does its job of moving money around as needed. But one of its main features is very inconsistent and has been for many versions.
