I've tried quite a few banking apps before - commonwealth, ING, Ubank and seen my friend use the ANZ app. This has to be the clunkiest app of them all. Navigation and just general use is near impossible. My partner and I opened 2-3 new accounts each with 1 card each linked to a spending account. It fails to show you which account it is linked to, to the point I've actually had to message support services for what should be a basic UI thing... I hope they update and modernize soon.

I've been using the ING app for many years and this one is a long way off that. I hate the fact that it shows the full account balance in big purple font but the available balance is in small and grey font underneath that's harder to see at a glance. It makes you think you've got more in your account that what there is. The ING app does it the other way around. Shows available balance in big bold text and the full balance is underneath smaller. BoM peaple fix your app so the balances are swapped

I still cannot get into the app, it doesn't respond half the time and just freezes. It's up to date as I had seen previous reviews regarding its issues but still broken. Frustrating as I use my BOM accounts for all my bills and I missed a payment as I didn't have access to my PC and only had the app :(
