Throughout the time I've used the mobile app (probably ever since it's inception), I've loved this app. Minor glitches every once in a while in the early years but otherwise incredibly useful, convenient, and functional. EXCEPT ever since I switched to a pixel phone, I can't deposit checks. It usually won't let me take pictures and the one time I managed to take pictures it didn't upload it and just reverted back to the home screen. Very strange issue that I'm hoping will get fixed soon

Been using this app for years now. It has a history of not working on Sundays. Service is unavailable for multiple days every month. Currently, the app opens and I can log in, but then it crashes and closes. Repeated attempts to stop and restart the app have not helped. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. I like the bank and its services, but the app is mids and gets little development as far as the end user experience.

When it worked, it was convenient and I used it often. The app hasn't let me log on in months, though, and always tells me the login is unavailable. It bums me out to have to do all my banking via laptop when sometimes I just need to check a balance before making a purchase out and about. I'd be happy with it if it let me log in anymore, but it won't :(
