Simple Tally Counter

This is a fully functional tally counter that you can build from scratch by following the tutorial at http://opensourcetutorials.org.

As this will be the first application built on the series, the features of this application has been kept pretty simple to make it very easy to follow along.

The application have the following features:
* A single large button for counting up
* Sound click indicators
* Reset and subtract the tally
* Use the volume keys for adding/subtracting from the tally
