I used to love this app, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Up until about 3 months ago, this app was perfect. I loved it. Quick, good usability, easy navigation, plenty of instruction. Now, load times are outrageous, the screens, when they do finally load, sometimes duplicate instead of sending you to the next step (as in a transfer), and it's over all just a clunky app.

This app used to be useful, but since the update, despite repeatedly adjusting the settings and logging in with passwords and one-time passwords... it WILL NOT save biometrics option. Basically, it will put your security at risk by giving any malware THE MAXIMUM number of chances to steal your info. Once upon a time, my phone got a password snatcher on it... and failed because i never needed to enter it. Now, any overlay attack can because you are forced to use visible security.

To verify your biometric settings, log in, choose Settings in the menu, then click on the Settings tab, then the Personal Devices button, select your device and make sure the biometric setting is set to on. Send us a message through the Help Desk in online/mobile banking if you need additional assistance.

App functionality is very basic. No frills but it works. Frustrating to not be able to access some regular bank info while logged in. Interface isn't inconvenient but its not super user friendly either. Going back and forth between account info, credit cards, and bill pay is obnoxious because they are all in different systems.
