About this app

** Please note this plugin is Beta-test ** - it may not be 100% working for you just yet! - if you find a bug please let me know :-)

This plugin for Torque Pro allows you to share the connection from the OBD2 device with other devices running Torque Pro

For example, you may be running Torque on your Android in-car head unit or tablet - you can use this plugin to share the OBD2 connection and connect torque running on your mobile phone as well

Steps for use:

* Install the plugin on the android device that has the OBD2 adapter connected
* Bluetooth Pair that android device with the other android device that you also want to connect to using Torque
* Start torque on both devices
* (On the remote device) tell torque to connect to your andriod headunit/tablet using bluetooth
* Done! your connection is now shared

Great idea that doesn't work yet. Hope it can be made to work. Have 3 devices that I have tried this on but no pair will work. 2 are motorola droids, nearly identical, but no matter what I try the 2nd device will never get any data from the first even though the first IS connected to OBD and getting valid data. No response from developer by email or on the wiki/forums.

The idea is great, but it's not working. I'm trying to use this with my android unit, in my car, connecting with my phone and sharing with the car, but this does not work. I also tried to share the data with other old android phone, no sucess at all, still looking for this app, but it's not working

I tried running this plugin on my head unit, Android 6.0 and my SG note8 Android 9.0 error ECU not responding. I then reversed the setup and a no go on the head unit but the OBD had an error U1900 and U1950 both of which are related to communication problems within the CANBUS. So the bottom line is the plug-in is doing something just not the right thing for my setup. This is on a 2008 Ford F150 5.4L multi-fuel engine.
