Very frustrated using the new app. I have two accounts. With the old app if I tapped on the account bar a drop down would show me both accounts and I could pick one. The password was stored and would auto fill. With the new app it only auto opens my business account. If I want to see my personal account I have to manually enter the account and password. I called and waited on hold to speak to an agent for 30 minutes. She was helping until we got cut off... Sadly no return call from wescom.

This update is awful. I cannot use snap deposit anymore. It worked fine before the update and now I keep getting an error message that the code at the bottom of the check cannot be read. My husband has an apple phone and he gets a message that the check is torn or has folded corners. I am beyond irritated at this point with messing with something that worked and now doesn't. I have seen both issues complained about so it is obvious this app is the problem.

App doesn't support biometric login. Have to do 2 security checks to log in. The details banner for info on the update in the app doesn't hyperlink anywhere. Load time could be a little faster. Will give it some time as it just launched, but please look at these areas. Update: After speaking with support, all I needed to do was uninstall and reinstall the app. The app works as it should now.
