I could not hit the send button but I finally figured it out. Change fonts on phone to the smallest one and then fill the report again and the send button will finally appear. For the complaint I just send it so I will have to wait

Poorly designed app. I am trying to report a double parking to the police, entered all details and clicked send, it gives me a preview for what is entered and cancel option, no send /confirmation button. Once cancel is clicked it goes to the data entry page. Back and forth... Waste of time.

When I select a photo from gallery to upload, the app just hangs and does nothing. It also crashes in multiple pages. very glitchy app.
