This app is now pretty much unusable as it is impossible to log in without getting a timeout error message. You can try to ask for support, but that requires you to log in again. Fricking Catch 22! This is such a massive oversight! Previous reviews consider some of Comviqs current tactics as Scam, and I agree. What the hell happened to this company?!? Edit: Over a quarter later and the app automaticly logged me in after many restarts of the app. Super glitchy!

I face an issue and try to reach out through help in the app, but it always asks to logg in. I logg in, but it asks to logg in again. Information about plans is incorrect. I bought a plan for 30 days, but not it is shown in the app as a 7-dsy plan (but I paid for 30 days!). So, they stole my money and don't respond.

I brought a comviq router and data connection to my home .it has a router, and a 24-month fixed subscription of unlimited data.router will be free for me after 24 months of subscription .it has almost all-time problems with range, and the router is DISASTER because i only get speed when I am too close to the router .I tried another router of a competitive company, but it is so good I can use my phone or laptop anywhere inside the apartment.customer care told me it's a free router .anyway👎
