This app is a total mess, of it the top-up was successful it says it wasn't. But if something went wrong it will show that everything went well. I'm not exaggerating, this is exactly what happens. It's been like that for YEARS and Halebop is just ignoring it.

They are a fraud company first lure people to buy phones then they start sending fines about things we don't know about that either. It's strange that you can't ask for the fine but we have to pay it anyway. I advice you to keep away from this company.
