Oasis - a mindfulness program can help you to reduce stress and increase your presence and quality of life. Follow the structured eight weeks the program or do the exercises based on your own daily needs.

The OAS program is the three basic mindfulness exercises:
* Body Scanning, to relax, fall asleep and sleep better.
* Simple yoga moves, that pushes the limits of body and mind.
* Seated meditation, for increased concentration and presence.
The short exercise Respite is for many a welcome oasis in everyday life.

The exercises included in this app are:
1. Andrum 3:41
2. Yoga movements 20:19
3. Body Scanning 20:23
4. Seated meditation 15:13
5. Silence with clocks (optional length)

Memory rule OAS support in everyday life:

The app is short and educational texts describing the program week by week. Yoga exercises and the different seating positions illustrated with photographs. Plus, you get a short text describing mindfulness (research, seven attitudes, etc.).

With the application you can:
* Listen to the exercises directly into your phone.
* Create reminders to help you remember the exercises.
* Keep a log book with the comments of the exercises you do.
