Used to work just fine but i dont know if some latest update broke it or what. Constantly have to refresh my digitalized cards, my bank balance does not update until i actually go in the app itself so having the widget on my phone homescreen is useless. New review (16th of April 2024) newest update seemingly removed the Gadget function? where i can set on my phones main screen the bank accounts and how much money i have left.

My morning is already ruined by team SEB. After new "big" update, I'm already struggling to log in because the app forces me to use Wi-Fi connection, which I do not have, to link smart-id for logging in. Mobile data is not sufficient. Absolute masterpiece of garbage in todays standards.

Hello Maximilian. This requirement ensures customer security by preventing fraudulent registrations from different locations. The app and Smart-ID need to operate on the same IP address, preferably via WiFi. If using mobile data, IP addresses may differ, requiring multiple attempts for successful registration. The app does not work at all since the latest updates. Crashes every time when trying to log in, have been unable to use it since the latest version.

Hello Maris. Your description suggests a situation where, after locking the application, pressing the "Log out" button leads to the application logging the customer out. Locking the application is sufficient.The lock button is located in the upper right corner. If the issue persists, please send us a message from the internet bank. Best wishes SEB
