I only wish that this was out 3 years ago before my son. I was diagnosed with MS 12 years ago and until my son...you would never know I had it?! Now my balance is not great I use a device to help but. What I really need is to work on my core...wish I could be on the show to have that motivation..not only for me but, my son and my fiance!! I've always been active even at my highest weight 260!!! Now I'm 156 and need to be healthy, push myself to the limits...if only given the chance!

This is truly an amazing show. The Rock is truly a very special, and very caring man. I wish that God would allow me to meet him. I've had a very long and hard time. I pray every day for someone to help me. Would you be able to give out the way that someone (me!) can request help. Take care Mr. Johnson and God Bless you and yours. Your life will always be Blessed because you care, and you seem to give from your Heart. Later love a true fan, Sharon!

This show is just an amazing inspiration. People with one foot in the grave, totally giving up on life, and themselves, are forced to "wake up" and make positive changes to save their lives and their families. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a great mentor offering up sound advice mixed with some tough love to help motivate lifesaving change. This is an uplifting, inspirational show worth watching!
