Telepass is no longer just a queue-free motorway toll: the first major app dedicated to the world of mobility, from refueling to the rental of electric bikes and scooters to the purchase of train tickets. REFUEL WHEREVER YOU WANT

• With the "Fuel" service, you look for the station closest to you.
• Refuel safely, conveniently and quickly by paying directly in the app without touching cash or cards.
• Keep track of all your payments in the "movements" section.

PAY THE BLUE STRIPES

• Pay for Blue Stripes in Rome, Milan and other Italian cities directly in the App and without having to look for the parking meter.
• With the Strisce Blu service, you indicate how long you want to park, you pay only for the actual minutes and you can terminate or extend your stay at no additional cost.

KEEP AN EYE FOR DEADLINES

• With the Memo Service, check deadlines for road tax, motor liability insurance and inspection at any time and at no cost.
• Confirm or change the license plate and the service will be active immediately on all associated license plates.
• We'll notify you of the payment of the stamp duty, which you can pay immediately directly in the app.

RENT SCOOTERS, BIKES AND ELECTRIC SCOOTER

• Find the bike, scooter or electric scooter closest to you with geolocation and start your ride.
• The Bike Sharing and Scooter services are available in Rome, Turin, Milan, Bari, Naples and many other Italian cities.
• With Sharing Mobility you get around the city avoiding traffic and respecting the environment.

BUY TRAIN TICKETS

• With the "Trains" service, you can buy your train ticket up to a few minutes before departure without having to go to the Trenitalia website or directly to the station.
• Enter your destination, date, time, number of passengers and your Cartafreccia code (if you have one) and you can modify your ticket or request a refund, all conveniently in the app.
• We will send you a notification shortly before departure with information about your trip.

ACTIVATE AREA C MILAN

• We detect access automatically thanks to the reading of the license plates associated with your Telepass device.
• Automatically pay for entry to Area C at no additional cost.
• No more fines, even when you don't have your device on board.

CASHLESS, SECURELY

• Pay everything in the App with direct debit to your current account.
• Your app is protected by a 6-digit PIN and biometric recognition.

I thought it might be useful to move to XXI century but I had to uninstall: - I was unable to find another language but italian - To see if it works for me I'd like to review the app but before anything I had to share my phone no. Really? - I might be wrong as my Italian is very limited but it seems it works like a subscription- you had to pay a few euro per month for the usage of the app. Summary: no, thank you I'll stick to another way of payment.

I don't know how many times you guys need to be told to get your act together with the app and website interface. The language issues of only being in Italian have been brought to your attention time and time again, yet you fail to offer this most basic of options. Awful user experience, I'll get my toll reader elsewhere. Do not reply to me asking you to email customer services or any other useless department of yours.

It doesn't warn you or auto-deactivate the parking when you're kms away!
