Absolutely useless app which compliments an Absolutely useless network perfectly. Been on O2 for many years, have about 7 devices added to my account. Also had the app for many years, but as of late, both the network and the app have become unbearable, to the point the app won't let me log on anymore. Call 202 but they are just as useless. Roll on next year when I can move all my devices to a different, more reliable network!

I don't understand the point of O2 anymore. I've been with them since the BT Cellnet days and my loyalty is over. This app fails at every level and the new website upgrade makes it almost impossible to figure anything out. The app doesn't load most things, misses accounts altogether, and makes viewing areas of the accounts it does show more convoluted than The Smiler! It's almost as messed up as having 2 O2 phones next to each other yet only having signal on 1 of them! Yes it happens!

Terrible! Had the app for a few years and opened using biodata. Then, suddenly, it asked me to use email and password to open the app and log into my account. Since then, it doesn't let me in. Says that it's not available to me and now I cannot see my usage, my bill, or upgrade! Shocking stuff. I've deleted and redownloaded multiple times, but still the problem persists.
